Please do not submit confidential, export-controlled, regulated, or sensitive personal information until appropriate handling terms are agreed.
How information is used
Nouvex uses inquiry information to understand the requested work, respond to the sender, maintain an inquiry record, prevent abuse, and operate and secure the website.
The website does not sell submitted inquiry information. The current measurement hooks do not set analytics cookies or transmit analytics events to an external provider unless a provider is added later.
Service providers
Website infrastructure and configured processors may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for inquiry storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information to deliver their contracted services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. Retention may vary with the nature of the inquiry and any resulting engagement.
